Abstract
본 연구는 전국16개 지방경찰청에서 운영하는 과속지점단속용 무인단속장비에 대한 일반적 현황 및 이론적 특성을 살펴보고 무인단속장비의 국,내외사례조사를 통한 효과분석과 사회인식 및 호응도를 설문조사를 실시 분석하였다. 또한 무인단속시스템의 운영상 문제점과 개선방안을 제안하였다.
Alternative Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate general status and abstract trait of Automated Speed Enforcement System(hereafter "ASES") in the national provincial police agency. This study measured effects of ASES through case study of domestic and foreign, or this study measured social cognition and response of ASES through empirical study. The results of investigation showed operational problems and improvement strategies. The findings of this study are as follows: [The Point at Issue] (1)Legal and institutional point Traffic lights established a base by the Road Traffic Act. But ASES has no legal basis. (2)Operational problems The difficulties lie in the accumulation of technology by personnel shifts a policeman in charge of ASES. (3)Propriety of set up site There is no much to be desired select a systematic set up site and causes of black spot for traffic accidents. [Improvement Strategies] (1)Raise the legal and institutional deal with the ASES There is at least legal recourse for concerned guidelines and operational manual to take against the ASES. (2)Operational improvement strategies We need to create small technological teams, with each one focused exclusively on the ASES. (3)Proper set up site Government also begun a public awareness campaign of ASES. And we will gain from the wide range of case studies, which analyze the set up situations and an interval of set up site.
