Alternative Abstract
This study presents an application of simulation modelling with a facility layout and introduce simulation tool. This organization is aluminum parts layout and layout design. Excellent production design and planning depends on accurate simulation of a high quality layout A good layout project will always begin with an analysis of the production volumes of the products with common process sequence and tool requirements in order to create manufacturing families. The evolution of modern simulation modelling tools has encompassed prototypes, physical models, programming languages, simulation languages, animations of simulation results and visual interactive simulations. At each step in this progress there was confusion and misunderstanding concerning both the new technology and its value to the simulation process. The purpose of this study is to describe the tools and methods that are particular to simulation and to illustrate how these are being applied to simulation Quest is used as a tool in ensuring cost-effective process design, identifying and understanding process problems and in evaluating proposals for changes to processes. Quest allows models to be transferred from the 2D world into the 3D world. In this way, the model can start off at a simple conceptual level of detail and then evolve as the design process progresses. This approach avoids the requirement for two different models being created on different software.
