Parenchyma cells take an important major role in human livers. Hepatocytes grow in the liver with a variety of non-parenchymal cells and carry out chemical interactions. Three - dimensional nanofibers, PVA and PCL, are known to be suitable for biological experiments due to their biocompatibility and biodegradability. In this study, 3T3 and mouse primary hepatocyte co-culture conditions were prepared using PVA and PCL nanofibers so that the cells could grow in a similar condition to the existing organs in the test tube. The experiment was confirmed. The primary hepatocytes, which were isolated from mice, were more attached to PVA fibers and survived for a long time when co - cultured as compared to those cultured alone.
