Alternative Abstract
This paper demonstrates the effects of employee's personality traits, power distance orientation and LMX on perception of abusive supervision. The results showed that neuroticism is positively related to perception of abusive supervision, power distance orientation, conscientiousness and LMX is negatively related to perception of abusive supervision.
