- 본 연구에서는 초임계추출 동백오일과 압착추출 동백오일의 벤조피렌 함량과 트리글리세라드 및 지방산 조성을 분석하였다. HPLC/FLD 분석 결과 초임계유체추출법을 사용한 경우 벤조피렌이 검출한계 이하로 검출 되지 않았고, 각 오일의 트리글리세라이드와 그 외 지방산 조성을 ESI-mass 분석결과 초임계유체추출을 통해 얻어진 동백오일의 경우 압착추출 동백오일 보다 디글리세라이드 함량이 더 높음을 확인 할 수 있었다.
