Hybrid and electric vehicles are developed by a lot of automobile companies for reducing carbon dioxide that is main reason of global warming. In particular, the FCEV is a pollution-free car that does not emit exhaust gas by using hydrogen fuel and can largely alleviate problem of energy resource depletion and environmental pollution problems. Remaining hydrogen after burning reaction in the stack is recirculated to the entrance of the stack to prevent the waste of fuel and improve the efficiency of the system. In this system, a product recirculating hydrogen is the Hydrogen Recirculation Blower(HRB) motor. The vibration in HRB motor has a great effect on NVH performance of the FCEV because the motor is operated at high speed. The focus of this paper is to analyze dynamic characteristics through the vibration and frequency response analysis using MSC Nastran program. Also, real test is performed to verify simulation data.
