Cesium bromide (CsBr) is one of the alkali halides and is mainly used as a phosphor or x-ray scintillator in bulk or single crystal state. Also, it constitutes the structure of CsPbBr3 perovskite with Pb. In this study, we synthesized CsBr nanoparticle and controlled the shape by changing the Br source. In addition, it can be confirmed from analysis that plate structure not dot structure. We think that CsBr will have different characteristics from bulk CsBr as it becomes nano size, and I think it is worth researching in the future.
I-V-VI2 (I = Cu, Ag, V = Sb or Bi, VI = S, Se) QDs are environmentally friendly and have good optoelectronic properties, so it has potential as a 3rd generation solar cell material. Herein, we have conducted studies to improve the size and determinism of AgBiS2, one of the QDs of I-V-VI2. As a result, size control of the AgBiS¬2 nanoparticle was successfully achieved through the reaction time between Ag and S. In addition, it was possible to increase the crystallinity through high-temperature injection.
