Alternative Abstract
This particular study aims at examining the role of ineffective communication and problems associated with lack of appropriate information flow among the labor immigrants from Nepal to other countries around the world in search of an appropriate employment. It also aims at examining the possible measures that could be utilized in reducing the problems associated with ineffective communication and information pattern in the process. It has been observed that foreign employment is an extremely common concept among every person in Nepal. Thousands of Nepalese migrate every day in search of betterment for themselves and their whereabouts. However, such migration based on an employment and problems faced by a labor immigrant of Nepal due to lack of effective communication and information flow is an important subject that has not yet been studied. For this reason, this academic work tries to fill the gap. The work uses descriptive and analytical research design to conceptualize the problem associated with ineffective communication. The descriptive design explains about the condition of the information flow, similarly the exploratory research design explores the circumstances and prospects of awareness regarding the foreign labor migration. The goal of this study is to explore the link between information flow and foreign employment while analyzing the consequences associated with inadequate information for foreign labor migrant.
