Alternative Abstract
Part Ⅱ. Synthesis of mesoporous silica with various pore size and their application for MRI We were synthesized mesoporous silica nanoparticles with adjustable pore size as a MRI contrast agent. As a T1 MRI agent which is used Gd2O3 nanoparticles have taken a higher r1 value than the existing agent. Using the TMB as swelling agent, pore size was able to do controllable from 3nm to 10nm. And then accordingly has measured r1 value. Also, our system was preventing gadolinium ion leaching from MRI agent. The structures were analyzed to XRD, TEM, SEM and TGA.
