고기능 자폐범주성장애 아동을 위한 사회기술훈련 프로그램 계발 및 효과성 연구

- 국문 초록 본 연구는 고기능 자폐범주성 아동을 위한 사회기술훈련 프로그램을 계발하고 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 초등학생으로 발달장애 혹은 아스퍼거로 진단 받았고, 지능은 70 이상인 아동 15명을 선정하여, 치료집단에 8명, 대기 집단에 7명을 무선 할당하였다. 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 아동이 보고한 마음이론, 정서인식, 문제해결, 자아개념, 우울, 그리고 부모가 평정한 아동의 사회성을 측정하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치료집단은 대기집단에 비해 처치 후 아동이 수행한 정서인식, 실행기능에서 유의미하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 처치 후에 부모가 평정한 사회성 하위 척도 중 자기주장과 자기통제에서 유의미하게 향상되었다. 셋째, 치료집단 아동들의 행동 관찰 결과, 치료 전에 비해 처치 후에 긍정적인 행동이 증가하고 부정적인 행동이 감소하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 논의 되었다. 주요어 : 고기능 자폐스펙트럼 장애(ASD), 사회기술훈련, 마음이론, 정서인식, 실행기능

- Abstract Developing and examining effectiveness of social skill training program for children with high-functioning ASD. This study developed the social skills program for children with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders and examined the effects of this program. Participants were fifteen elementary children, who were diagnosed with Pervasive Development Disorder or Asperger and had IQ above 70. Eight children were randomly assigned to the treatment group and seven children to the control group. Theory of Mind Task, Emotional Recognition Test-Revised, Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving, Self-Image Questionnaire for Young Adolescents, Child Depression Inventory, and Social Skill Rating System for parents were administered before and after the program. The results were as follows. First, in the performance of children, the treatment group made more significant increase in the emotion recognition and executive function after treatment than the control group. Second, In the patents' report of social skills, the treatment group made more significant increase in the self-assertion and self-control after the control group. Third, the behavior observations of the experimental group showed more positive social skills and less negative ones. Finally the implications and limitations of the study were discussed with suggestions for the future study. Keywords: Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Social skills training.
