- Abstract
- 본 연구는 수용전념치료(ACT) 모델을 기반으로 분노를 수용하고 조절할 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 치료효과를 통계적으로 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 일반 대학생으로 선정하였으며, 치료 집단에 14명, 대기 집단에 14명을 무선 할당하였다. 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 집단원들의 수용성, 분노관련 사고와 증상의 향상과 감소를 알아보기 위해서 수용성 검사(AAQ), 일차적 분노사고척도, 이차적 분노사고척도, 공격성척도, 특성분노척도를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 자기보고에서 치료 집단의 집단원들은 대기 집단의 집단원들에 비해 치료 프로그램 후 심리적 수용성(기꺼이 경험하기, 수용/전념행동)이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 또한 공격성과 이차적 분노사고에서도 유의미한 감소를 보였다. 반면 일차적 분노사고와 특성분노에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 프로그램은 집단원들의 심리적 수용을 향상시켰으면, 일부 분노관련 사고와 증상은 감소시켰다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점은 논의되었다.
- Alternative Abstract
- The purpose of the study was develop and evaluate the effect of anger acceptance program of ACT model approach for university students. Participates were thirty university students. Fourteen students were randomly assigned to the treatment group and fourteen Students to the control group. The Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ) for group members, The Primary anger-thought scale, The Secondary anger-thought scale, The Aggression Questionnaire-K(AQ-K), STAXI-K(Trait anger) for group member were administered before and after the program. The group member who participated in the anger acceptance program showed a significant increase in psychological acceptance(willingness, acceptance/ commitment behavior) and a significant decrease in aggression, anger- related thought and symptoms. But, there were no significant different in the trait anger and primary anger-thought between the treatment group and the control one. In conclusion, the program used in the study was effective in improving psychological acceptance and declining partial anger-related thought and symptoms. Finally, the suggestion and limitation of this study were discussed.
