- 1. 대학정보시스템 구축사업에 효율적인 감리점검항목 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Audit Items for the Information System Project in University Organization) 2. 정보통신대학원 3. 한국어 4. 유비쿼터스로 접어들면서 대학은 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 전략적인 측면에서 정보시스템 구축을 고려 할 필요가 있다. 현대 사회의 주요한 이슈는 개별 비즈니스에 대한 비즈니스 무결성(Integrity) 또는 책임추적성(Accountability) 유지방안이 될 것이다. 이미 정부는 “정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영에 관한 법률”을 제정 공표하여 일정규모 이상의 정보시스템을 구축 사업에 대한 의무감리를 시행하도록 규정하고 있다. 정보시스템 구축사업에 위험 요인으로 정보의 공유 및 중복투자에 대한 구체적 기술 검토체제 부재 및 외주 개발에 대한 전문사업관리 기능의 부재, 시스템 안정성 취약 등이 내재되어 있어 정보시스템 감리가 필요로 하였으며, 감리를 시행함으로써 정보화사업 관리나 절차개선에 효과를 높이고 시스템 품질을 높이는 효과가 있다고 조사되고 있다. 대학정보시스템 구축 사업에도 위와 같은 위험요인을 내재하고 있어 감리의 활성화가 필요한 상황이다. 현행 정보시스템 감리체계는 모든 사업에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 범용성격의 체계이며 업무특성을 반영하지 못한 현실이므로 대학의 고유한 특성을 반영한 대학정보시스템을 점검하기 위해서는 별도의 특성에 부합한 점검체계가 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 대학의 조직의 특징, 인적 구성원의 특징, 제도적 특징 및 정보시스템 구축 및 운영의 특징을 고려한 정보시스템 감리 점검 및 검토항목에 대하여 연구하여 이의 필요성을 검증한다.

In the ubiquitous era, universities need to consider constructing(building) the information system strategically. The main issues of modern society to the individual business will be maintaining for integrity or accountability of the Information system The government already announced "Act on the efficient construction and operation of information systems " enacted by publicity constructing information systems over a certain amount of budget are enforced the mandatory audit. Risks for construction of Information system are the sharing of business information and redundant investment in information technology for the specific review system and the absence of a professional project management capabilities about outsourced project and the system's inherent instability. therefore information systems need auditing and audit of information system is investigated implementing effective project management, improvement of process, increase quality of information system. Risk factors above mentioned are inherent in university information system project and need activate audit on university information system project , but the existing audit system that can be applied to the common system do not reflect the university's characteristics. It is required separated audit system in order to check the university information system reflects the unique its characteristics the attributes of a separate system is required. Therefore, this thesis researches audit check item and inspection item considering the features of the organization, the characteristics of members of organization, institutional features, and construction and operation of the university information systems. And it's need for these items is verified.
