- Abstract
- 정보시스템의 범위는 과거 기존 업무의 단순 자동화에서 산업의 주요 핵심 시설을 제어 및 통제하는 고수준의 대규모 컴퓨팅으로 확대되었다. 이러한 정보시스템은 무결함(Zero-Defect)을 목표로 설계 및 개발되어야 한다. 사소한 결함은 도미노 현상을 야기하여 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 산업기반시설의 경우 인간의 생명을 위협할 수 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 제품관련 사전 모바일 개발 공정에 모바일 제품특성을 보장키 위하여 기존 리모트 포렌식 프레임워크를 응용하여 모바일 업무특성과 연계한 요인을 모바일 소프트웨어 제품 개발 절차를 고려하여 도출하여 개선된 품질지표를 제안하는 연구이다. 실시간으로 대표되는 유비쿼터스 시대에서는 IT관련 변화관리 및 이슈대응을 위한 유연성과, 신속성, 책임추적성을 요구하며 모바일 소프트웨어 제품 개발의 리스크 관리를 제품 개발단계부터 요구사항에 대한 책임 추적성(Accountability)을 증적으로 남기면 변경관리 유연성, 사고발생시 증적연계, 생산성 향상 등의 인과관계를 보완하는 제안지표를 현장 적용 후 설문을 통해 검증하였다. 이러한 연구모형은 연구 개발 환경뿐만 아니라 시장이나 법률적 이슈 대응에서도 실시간 비즈니스의 잦은 요구사항의 변경시에 유연성을 제공하는 메커니즘으로 동작할 것이다.
- Alternative Abstract
- The range of information system has been enlarged from the simple task of the past existing to high level and big scaled computing which controls major industrial complex. This information system should be designed and developed at the aim of Zero- Defect. The tiny defects cause to get a domino phenomenon that not only can get economical loss but also can threaten lives of human. This study proposes the enhanced Quality Metrics as considering mobile software development feature and process and applying the remote forensic framework to guarantee mobile software product property at the early product development on Mission Critical System for Zero-Defect design. In the Ubiquitous environment which is represented by real-time business, flexibility, speed and responsibility accountability are required for change management and issue response related to information technology. This study proved that “if leaves accountability traces about requirements from risk management of the early product development, can achieve flexibility of change management, evidence linking in case of future accidents and growth of productivity” by survey after applying the quality metrics in the field. This model can be acted on mechanism which provides a flexibility of frequent requirement change in the real-time business which has not only research development environment but also quickly legal issue response of the market.
