- EA의 특성인 참조 및 적용모델 개념을 도입한 NCO 효과분석 모델 개방방법을 제시. 세부 제시 활동으로는 1. 모델구조 및 효과요소 정의활동, 2. 모델 정규화 활동, 품질속성 개발활동, 3. 매트릭 개발활동을 통하여 개발모델을 제시. 기대효과로는 1. 효과분석이 필요한 다양한 분야에 적용 가능, 2. 개발된 효과분석모델은 효과분석을 위한 공통언어 기능 제공 및 복잡성을 감소, 3. 우리군의 NCOE 구축과 효과 분석에 활용 가능. 4. Link 관련 시스템 효과분석에 적용 가능.
