Abstract
본 논문에서는 PLC와 인버터에 기반한 기계식 주차설비의 성능 향상을 제안한다. 기존의 기계식 주차설비는 PLC만 활용한 제어 방식으로 유도전동기에 과전류 발생 소지가 있고, 브레이크 패드에 마찰 마모 및 손상으로 승차감이 낮아지며 수명이 단축된다. 이를 개선하기 위해 PLC와 인버터를 활용한 제어 방식을 수행한 경우 유도전동기에 과전류를 방지하고, 브레이크 패드를 보호하여 승차감을 향상하며 제어성과 안전성을 확보한다. 제안한 PLC와 인버터를 활용한 제어 방식을 기계식 주차설비에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검증한다.
Alternative Abstract
This paper presents the Performance Improvement of Mechanical Parking Equipment based on PLC and Inverter Technology. The existing mechanical parking equipment is controlled by the PLC, which reduces ride quality and shortens the life span, caused by over-current of the induction motor and damage of the brake lining. To improve this, if the control method of using Inverter is carried out simultaneously, over-current of the induction motor is prevented and the brake lining is protected. Therefore, ride quality, the accuracy and safety of the control are ensured. The validity of the proposed control method using PLC and Inverter is verified by applying it to the mechanical parking equipment.
