Alternative Abstract
According to World Bank during Year-2014 carbon dioxide (CO2) emission for Pakistan stood at 166 Million ton, which increased to 196 Million tons during 2018 and expected to be 347 Million ton of CO2 equivalent till 2030. CO2 emission will keep on increasing because of Pakistan’s dependence upon coal for power generation. This review estimates and evaluates CO2 emissions from SCPP, located in PUNJAB, PAKISTAN, and best possible technique for capturing, transmission and its storage to one of the gas fields in Pakistan for enhances gas recovery to achieve sustainable goals.
