- 수율관리는 공수효율, 설비효율과 더불어 생산성 관리에 있어 매우 중요한 요소에 있음에도 불구하고 수율관리가 필요한 많은 기업들이 그 관리를 누락하고 있거나 내용이 불분명한 수율관리를 하고 있는 경우가 많다. 특히 연구 결과로 발표되는 수율관리 관련 내용들은 설비의 특성적인 부분 즉, 고유기술 측면의 수율관리에 집중되어 있으며 반도체 산업과 같이 특정 분야에 해당되는 경우가 많고, 관리기술적 측면에서 수율관리 이론이나 방법에 대한 연구는 매우 드물기 때문에 다양한 기업에서 해당 기업에 적합한 관리기술적 측면의 수율관리 적용이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 수율관리의 일반적 개념을 토대로 하여 수율관리 방법론에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 특히, 공정 특성상 원자재와 최종 제품의 단위가 다른 경우의 수율관리의 사례연구를 통하여 실제 수율관리가 많이 사용되는 화학 또는 장치산업에 실무적으로 수율관리가 가능하도록 하기 위한 수율관리 단계를 세부적으로 정리한다. 더불어 이론상의 내용이 효과적으로 사용될 수 있도록 간이 전산화 추진 내용을 포함시켜 향후 수율관리 부분의 전산화 추진 과제에 대한 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구의 핵심적인 요소는 첫째, 합리적인 관리기술적 수율관리 방안을 이해하고, 둘째, 다중 단위 수율 적용 사례를 통한 실무적 수율관리 적용을 이해하는 것이다.
- Alternative Abstract
- The yield management is very important element in productivity management with labor efficiency and equipment efficiency. Nevertheless the many enterprises in which the yield management is necessary omit the yield management or manage the yield where the contents are indistinct. Many research studies related with the yield management concentrate on the yield management of the specific technical side like characteristics of equipment. Also, many research studies are related with specific fields such as semiconductor industry, but the study for the theory or methodology of yield management from managing skill side is very rare. Consequently, the yield management application of the managing skill side, which is suitable at the various corresponding enterprises, is not easy. In this research, I deal with the yield management methodology based on the general concept of the yield management. Specially, with the case study of the yield management where the unit of the raw materials and the final product is different with process characteristics, I arrange the yield management steps for detail in order for the yield management to be possible practically in the chemical or equipment industry where the actual yield management is plentifully used. Besides, it includes a simple computerization for effective usage of the contents of the theory. So, it will be able to present the direction about the computerization subjects of the yield management fields hereafter. The focus elements of this research are which it firstly understands a rational yield management plans which is a sort of managing skill, and secondly understands the practical yield management application through the multi-unit yield application instance.
