Alternative Abstract
Cardiospermum Halicacabum. was extracted with ethanol and fractionation by n-Hexane and EtOAc. This process have perfomed for getting Apigenin abundantly. Ethyl acetate fraction have 52% inhibition of Nitric oxide production efficacy. With same treating method on A-431 cells, Ethyle acetate fraction also had an anti-irritation efficacies. For application to cosmetic formulation, Silicagel chromathgraphy was performed to eliminate dark-green color of EtOAc fraction and enrich Apigenin concentration. As advantage of supplement in local Korea, Chamaecyparis obtusa. also studied for Anti-inflammation and Anti-irritation efficacies. Leaf and bark 1:1 ratio of Chamaecyparis obtusa. were extracted with n-Hexane for obtaining absolute oil. Absolute oil also have anti-inflammation efficacies and at 50 mg/L concentration, 45% of Nitric oxide production inhibition efficacies. From the human skin patch test, the two materials had 23.81% of anti irritation efficacies which shows that they had lower outcome than only Lactic Acid included formulation had. The results shows that, the following materials Cardiosperamum Halicacabum. and Chamaecyparis obtusa. have anti-inflammation and anti-irritation efficacies and the results explains that the two materials could be applied to cosmetics as an anti-inflammation and an anti-irritation material
