- Abstract
- 최근의 IT(Information Technology)는 기업의 경영활동이나 기관 등의 효율적인 운영과 대고객 서비스 기능의 향상 및 신속한 업무처리 등을 통한 경쟁력 강화 수단으로 반드시 필요한 존재로 인식되고 있다. IT 기술의 발달에 따라 IT를 관리하는 관리솔루션의 발달도 함께 이루어져 왔다. 한정적인 관리 인력으로 많은 IT 자원을 관리하는데 따르는 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 기업이나 공공사업 부분에서 IT 관리 솔루션을 기본적으로 도입하고 있다. 이전의 IT 관리방식은 영역별 관리요소에 필요한 관리 툴을 개별적으로 도입하여 사용하고 있었고 관리정보의 공유가 어려웠으며, 개인의 경험에 따른 비정형적인 절차의 IT 서비스를 제공하여 업무비용의 손실과 저품질의 IT 서비스를 제공하여 왔다. 그러나 최근의 기업들은 관리의 편의성과 IT 서비스 품질을 향상시키기 위해서 각 관리 솔루션을 하나로 통합할 수 있는 IT 운영관점의 관제 솔루션을 구축하여 운용하고 있다. 최근의 IT 관리 추세는 IT가 시간이 지날수록 비즈니스와 밀접하게 연계가 되고 있고, IT 인프라의 장애는 비즈니스 서비스의 정지를 초래하고 있기 때문에 단순한 IT 인프라 관리 수준을 벗어나 비즈니스 서비스 가용성 확보가 중요한 요소로 대두되게 되었다. 이에 따라 통합모니터링의 수준은 업무와 밀접한 관련이 있는 어플리케이션과 E-비즈니스 단계까지 확대되어 모니터링 되고 있고, IT 서비스를 비즈니스 서비스 운영 측면의 체계화된 프로세스와 접목하기 위해서 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업체의 IT 인프라 통합관리를 위한 통합관리시스템(EMS: Enterprise Management System)의 사례를 살펴보고 IT 인프라 운영 관리시스템의 구축 과정 및 구축 내용에 대한 고려 요소를 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 통합관리시스템의 구성요소와 관리상의 요소 및 기능상의 요소를 도출하였으며, 본 연구는 통합관리시스템의 구축에 있어서 고려해야할 통합요소와 항목에 대한 정보를 제공하여 이를 구축하고자 하는 기업에게 지침이 될 수 있다.

- Recent IT( Information Technology) is recognized as an essential element for strengthening tool of competitiveness through effective operation, enhancing service activities for customers and prompt conducting business at the field of business activities of corporation and institutions. As the technology of IT has been developed, solution for controlling IT was also developed. Solution for controlling IT is introduced basically in the section of corporation and public work for overcoming difficulties of controlling much IT resources due to limited manpower of control. For previous method of controlling IT, controlling tool necessary for controlling element in each sphere was introduced and used case by case, it was hard to share information of control and the loss of expenses in business incurred and IT service of low quality was provided because of IT service of irregular process from personal experience. But recent businesses build and operate controlling solution of IT operation which may integrate each controlling solution into one for convenience of control and improving quality of IT service. For current trend of IT control, IT is being connected with business intimately as time goes by, stoppage of business service is caused by obstacle of IT infra, therefore securing availability of business service becomes influential as an important element out of simple control level in IT infra. Accordingly, for the level of integrated monitoring, it is available for monitoring to extended area of E-business and application which is intimately related to business, and there is an effort to integrate IT business with systematic process for operation of business service. In this study, we would like to examine the case of EMS (Enterprise Management System) for integrated control of IT infra in corporations, and study integration element for process and contents of building control system of operation IT infra. This study may be a guideline to enterprise which would like to build EMS by providing information of integral elements and items to be considered in building EMS.
