감귤진피 초임계추출물을 함유한 기능성 립스틱 개발

Abstract
감귤진피로부터 천연 오일을 추출하여 감귤진피 오일의 기능성인 항산화 및 항염 효과를 연구하였다. 초임계 이산화탄소로 추출하여 감귤진피 오일을 얻을 수 있었고 0.903%의 추출수율을 나타내었다. Modified BCB(beta-carotene bleaching) assay를 통해 베타 카로틴 (beta carotene)을 포함한 에멀전(emulsion)과 MCT Oil(Caprylic/capric triglycerides)로 희석한 20%의 감귤진피 오일 반응 시 25.47% 항산화능이 있음을 확인하였다. 감귤진피 오일의 항염 효과는 Raw cell 에서 NO 생성억제 효율을 측정하여 확인하였다. 감귤진피 오일 농도 100 ppm 에서 NO 생성이 27.4% 억제되는 항염효과를 확인하였다. 피부 자극 완화 효과를 확인하기 위해 첨포시험 (patch test)을 진행하였다. 2% 젖산 (Lactic acid)으로 피부 홍반을 유발하고, 감귤진피 오일을 함유한 립스틱을 도포하였다. 색차계로 a*값을 측정하여 비교한 결과 8% 감귤진피 오일을 함유한 립스틱의 경우 홍반이 완화된 것을 확인하였고, 피부 자극 완화 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 립스틱의 보습도를 유수분측정기로 비교한 결과 수분량과 오일량 모두 우수함을 확인하였다. 5가지 온도조건에서 안정도를 확인한 결과 모두 안정함을 확인하였다.
Alternative Abstract
In this study, natural oils extracted from Citri Unshiu Pericarpium’s peels were used to test anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects. Citri Unshiu Pericarpium oils were obtained using supercritical CO2 extraction method, and the observed value for yield of extract was 0.903%. Through Modified BCB (beta-carotene bleaching) assay test method, it has been confirmed that when test solution/emulsion containing beta-carotene reacts with 20% of Citri Unshiu Pericarpium oil diluted in MCT Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides), 25.47% of antioxidant activity took place. For discovering anti-inflammatory effects of Citri Unshiu Pericarpium oil, an inhibition efficiency of NO production in raw cell was carefully measured. At 100ppm concentration of Citri Unshiu Pericarpium oil, it was found that the oil inhibits NO production by 27.4%. Additionally, a patch test was conducted to prove its skin soothing (anti-inflammatory) capabilities. After inducing erythema with 2% Lactic acid, a lipstick containing Citri Unshiu Pericarpium oil was applied on the sensitized skin. Using a chroma meter, a*value was measured to make comparisons. In the case of a lipstick containing 8% of Citri Unshiu Pericapium oil, it was evident that the erythema alleviated markedly after application. It can therefore be concluded that the oil has anti-inflammatory effects. With the help of a skin moisture & oil analyzer, it was apparent that both moisture and oil contents in the lipstick were abundant. Under 5 different temperature conditions, the test object (lipstick) has shown its great stability.
