Abstract
사물 인터넷(Internet of Thing)을 통해 생산설비와 생산품 간 상호 소통체계를 구축하고 생산과정의 최적화를 구축하는 4차 산업혁명이 진행되는 지금, 대기업은 막대한 자본과 인력, 기술을 투자하여 생산성 혁신을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 중소기업은 생산시설에 자본을 투자하기 힘든 것이 현실이다. 수작업 생산시스템이 주를 이루는 중소기업은 생산상을 향상시키기 위해서는 수작업을 개선해야 한다. 생산성을 높이는 방법으로는 비용과 시간이 필요한 설비, 공구, LAY-OUT 개선보다 작업자의 동작, 이동, 배치를 개선하는 것이 효율적이다. 본 연구는 자동차 펌프 조립라인의 수작업을 표준시간 측정방법 중 하나인 MODAPTS를 통하여 분석을 하였다. 실제 작업시간은 STOP WATCH법으로 측정을 하였으며, 합성평가법의 수행도평가를 적용하여 표준시간을 구할 수 있었다. 공정별 불필요한 작업 및 동작에 대한 개선과 제거는 MODAPTS 동작분석을 통해 찾을 수 있었다. 펌프 조립라인의 압입공정 총 8개 동작과 Test 공정 5개 동작은 시간표준화를 할 수 있었다. 시간표준화 자료는 수동 조립라인 공정설계시 인원배치에 활용하게 될 것으로 기대되어 진다.
Alternative Abstract
Due to the 4th industrial revolution is currently in progress to construct mutual communication system between production facilities and products as well as optimizing production processes through Internet of Thing (IOT), major companies are investing large amount of capital, human resources, and technologies to innovate productivity. However, realistically, it is difficult for small businesses to make investment for production facilities. In order to increase productivity, manual production lines need to be improved since main portion of production systems for small businesses are consisted with manual facilities. Improving body movement, mobility, and arrangement of operators are more efficient methods to increase productivity, rather than improving facilities, tools, and LAY-OUT that requires cost and time. For the purpose of research, MODAPTS method, which is one of the methods to measure standard operation hours for manual processes of assembly lines for pumps that are used in vehicles, was applied. Actual operating hour was measured with STOP WATCH Method and Synthetic Rating of Performance Rating was applied to output standard time. MODAPTS body movement analysis was conducted to figure out improving and eliminating unnecessary operations and body movements for each process. Operation time of total eight press-fit processes and five testing processes for pump assembly line was standardized. Standard operation time resources are expected to be applied for operator arrangement of designing manual assembly line processes.
