Alternative Abstract
Disaster is a major issue in international relationship which needs a lot of concern. Disasters always come with a lot of catastrophes with many people affected. The country Affected together with international organizations and NGOs work together to bring the situation to normal. The policies of the government of Cameroon in managing disaster has been carefully analyzed and the interest of NGOs and International organizations. The suffering of victims of disaster in Cameroon is a call for concern as many victims live under very bad conditions few months after the disaster despite the government policies on disaster management and aid that comes from NGOs and international organizations. The case study from the Lake Nyos ghastly disaster proves that more needs to be done by NGOs, International organization and most especially the government of Cameroon in stepping up the disaster management policies in Cameroon and how aid is distributed.
