Abstract
본 연구에서는 정착부에 돌기형 정착유닛을 설치한 앵커의 인발 거동특성을 모형시험으로 규명하였다. 모형시험은 원형의 토조 중앙에 앵커체를 설치한 후 앵커를 등속으로 인발하면서 인발저항력을 측정하였다. 모형 토조는 820(D)×1,000(H)mm의 크기로 제작하였으며, 측면에는 철망을 부착하고, 상부에는 덮개를 덮어 등체적 변형을 모사하였다. 모형지반은 Sand rain 방식으로 강사하여 조밀한 상태로 균질하게 조성하였다. 앵커체는 동일한 단면형상을 위해 강관으로 제작하였고, 강관 표면의 마찰조건은 입도가 다른 샌드페이퍼를 부착하여 모사하였다. 본 연구에서는 앵커체(직경, d : 105mm) 표면의 마찰조건(1/3, 2/3, ) 과 돌기 유무, 돌기 열수(1열, 2열, 4열), 돌기 높이(0.05d, 0.10d, 0.20d) 등을 변수로 총 11가지의 조건에 대하여 인발시험을 실시하였다. 인발시에는 일정한 속도(1mm/min)를 유지하였으며, 최대 80mm까지 인발하여 각 조건별 인발력과 인발길이를 측정하였다. 인발시험 결과, 돌기보강 앵커는 마찰형 앵커와 비교하여 최대 인발저항력 뿐만 아니라 잔류 인발저항력도 크게 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 돌기의 설치개수 증가에 따라 최대 인발저항력이 증가하였으며, 잔류 저항력 비율은 309~441%로 마찰형 앵커에 비해 현저하게 증가하였다. 주요어 : 앵커, 돌기형 정착체, 인발거동, 인발시험
Alternative Abstract
In this study, the pull-out characteristics of the anchor with the protrusion-type fixing unit at the anchor body was experimentally investigated. In the model tests, the pull-out resistance was measured by pulling out the anchor at a constant speed. Anchor body was installed in the center of the circular sand tank. Model sand tank was manufactured in the size of 820(D)× 1,000(H)mm. At the side wall of the model sand tank the wire mesh was attached to keep the rough boundary. The upper part of the sand tank was covered in order to keep the constant volume during the pull-out test. Model ground was homogeneously constructed in a constant densely by sand raining method. Anchor body was made by steel pipe for the constant cross-sectional shape, and the frictional conditions of the anchor body was produced by attaching the sand paper of different grain size. Pull-out tests were conducted for 11 conditions. The friction conditions of the anchor body(diameter, d : 105mm) surface(1/3, 2/3, ), the existence of the protrusion, the column number(1 column , 2 columns , 4 columns), and the height of columns(0.05d, 0.10d, 0.20d) were varied. The load-displacement relationship for each conditions was measured during the pull-out tests at a constant speed(1mm/min). Maximum pull-out length was 80mm. As results, the pull-out behavior of the friction type anchor and the protrusion type anchor was different. As the number of protrusion increased, the maximum pull-out resistance increased and the residual pull-out resistance ratio increased significantly, which were at 309~441 percent larger than that of the friction type anchor.
