In this paper, we propose channel allocation algorithm of MSAP (Mobile Subscriber Access Point) and data delivery scheme with symbol level network coding. The network is comprised of TS(Tactical Switch) as a backbone node, MSAP and TMFT(Tactical Multi-Function Terminal). We only consider downlink traffic, from MSAP to TMFT, for simplifying problem formulation. MSAP and TMFT with GPS gather their location information, and update it to TS periodecally. Channel allocation algorithm is based on location information of MSAPs and TMFTs. Our scheme is to minimize overlapped area between MSAPs which use same wireless channel in the network. Then, symbol level network coded packets are transmitted from MSAP to TMFT which is located in overlapped area. We evaluate the performance of our scheme in terms of delivery ratio and delay.
