기능적으로 다른 내부초점적처리 과정이 우울기분에 미치는 영향 : 반추적·반성적·경험적 처리과정의 효과

| dc.description.abstract | 최근 기능적으로 다른 내부초점적 주의가 존재한다는 연구들이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 내부초점적 주의를 나누는 방식에 있어 동, 서양이 차이를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 통합하여 각 처리과정이 우울기분에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 95명의 대학생을 대상으로 우울집단과 비우울집단을 선별하고 반추적 처리과정, 반성적 처리과정, 경험적 처리과정을 조작하여 각 조건에 무선 할당하였다. 내부초점적 처리과정이 우울 기분에 미치는 차별적 영향을 검증하기 위하여, 피험자들은 각 처리과정 조건에 따라 슬픈 사건에 대한 자신의 신체감각, 느낌, 정서 및 사고에 대해 글쓰기를 하였다. 실험 결과, 반성적 처리과정과 경험적 처리과정은 반추적 처리과정에 비해 우울기분을 호전시켰다. 그리고 2차 처치 후에는 반추적 처리과정에 비해 반성적 처리과정이 가장 유의미하게 우울 기분을 호전시켰고, 그 다음으로 경험적 처리과정이 우울 기분을 유의미하게 호전시켰다. 성격적으로 반추성향이 높은 개인의 경우, 반성적 처리과정조건이나 경험적 처리과정조건이 반추적 처리과정조건에 비해, 우울 기분을 보다 많이 호전시켰다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 함의와 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제안하였다. | - |

| dc.description.alternativeAbstract | Recently, increasing studies suggests there are distinct varieties of internal focused attention, each with distinct functional properties. There are differences three distinct modes of internal focused attention; ruminative, reflective, experiential mode. This study integrated these three distinct forms of internal focused attention and compared the effects of these on depressive mood. For this, 95 undergraduates were assigned into two groups, depressive group and non-depressive group based on depressive symptoms. All participants were randomly allocated to 'ruminative', 'reflective', and 'experiential' processing manipulations of internal focused attention. To test different effects of internal focused attention, subjects wrote their sensation, feelings, emotion and thought about sad events according to each processing condition. The experiment results indicated reflective and experiential processing showed in depressive mood more decreases compared to the ruminative processing. Furthermore, after second treatment, reflective processing was the most effective in decreasing depressive mood and the next effective conditions was experiential processing. Higher levels of trait disposition to ruminative were associated with relatively greatest decreases in depressive mood in reflective processing condition and experiential processing condition compared to ruminative processing condition. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed with suggestions for the future study. | - |
