유체주입사출성형의 2차 유체 물성 변화에 따른 중공성형에 대한 수치해석적 연구

dc.description.abstract유체주입사출성형은 중공 제품의 생산을 위해 1차 수지를 사출하고 2차 유체를 주입하여 내부에 중공을 성형하는 공정이다. 대표적으로 사용되는 유체는 가스와 물이 있다. 최근 두 유체가 가지고 있는 단점을 보완하기 위해 실리콘 오일을 도입한 연구가 진행되었고, 실리콘 오일을 사용하였을 때 내벽 품질이 향상된다는 사실을 밝혔다. 그러나 해당 연구에서는 유체의 인자 변화에 따라 중공 형성이 어떻게 달라지는지 밝히지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 영향을 주는 인자를 점도와 열 물성으로 설정하고 수치 해석을 통해 중공 성형에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 2상 유동을 해석할 수 있는 COMSOL을 사용하였으며, 열전달 현상을 포함하도록 하였다. 점도 변화에 대한 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 1차 사출하는 수지를 ABS로 설정하고 2차 주입 유체는 물과 다양한 점도(0.001 ~ 1,000 Pa‧s)의 실리콘 오일을 사용하였다. 형상에 따른 점도의 영향을 분석하기 위해 직관과 곡관을 해석에 사용하였다. 열 물성 변화에 따른 영향도 분석의 경우, 실리콘 오일과 물의 물성을 대상으로 해석하였다. 중공 성형 품질을 평가하기 위해 잔류 벽두께와 중공의 편심도를 조사하였다. 점도에 따른 중공 성형의 변화를 확인하기 위한 해석 결과 직관의 경우, 2차 주입 유체의 점도가 증가함에 따라 잔류 벽두께는 약 14% 감소하며 불균일하게 형성되었다. 곡관의 경우, 바깥쪽 벽두께는 약 4% 감소하고 안쪽 벽두께는 약 3% 증가하였으며 직관과 같이 잔류 벽두께가 불균일하게 형성되었다. 또한, 편심도는 약 1.8% 정도 향상되었다. 두 형상 모두 2차 주입 유체의 점도가 1차 주입 유체 점도의 1/10이 되었을 때부터 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작하였다. 열 물성에 따른 중공 성형 변화를 확인하기 위한 해석 결과, 2차 주입 유체의 열전도율과 비열이 증가하였을 때 해석을 통한 결과에는 큰 차이가 없었다.-
