dc.description.abstractVTMS(Vehicle Thermal Management System, 차량 통합 열관리)는 능동제어가 가능한 냉각 시스템을 사용하여 내연기관에서의 열손실을 줄이는 시스템이다. VTMS 제어를 하기 위하여 일부 능동적으로 제어 할 수 없는 기계식의 냉각 부품을 전자식의 냉각 부품으로 변경할 필요가 있다. 능동적 제어를 위하여 변경하여야 하는 냉각 부품으로는 전자식 써모스탯, 전자식 워터 펌프, 전자식 냉각 팬, AAF 등의 항목이 있으며, 이 중 AAF는 차량의 전면의 형상을 변경하여 차량의 공기 역학적 손실을 감소시키는 장치이다. 그러나 AAF를 닫을 경우 라디에이터에 급 되는 공기의 흐름을 막기 때문에 냉각 효과를 감소시킬 수 있다. 이러한 이유로, 냉각 부품을 제어하는 VTMS 알고리즘에는 AAF 제어 알고리즘을 포함하고 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 AAF, 전자식 물 펌프, 전자식 써모스탯 등의 VTMS를 구성하는 부품들이 설치된 테스트 차량을 사용하여 냉각수, 엔진오일, 변속기 오일의 온도와 제어 요소별 시뮬레이션 모델링을 수행하여 VTMS 차량의 온도변화를 예측하고 각 요소별 연비 영향도를 예측할 수 있는 시뮬레이션을 구축하였다. 또한 이러한 과정을 통하여 전자식 시스템의 연비향상 효과를 확인하였다.-
