dc.description.abstract | 자동차 산업은 국가산업의 근간이 되고 파급효과가 커서 지금까지 선진국 일부 개발도상국들만이 독점으로 참여하고 있다. 이제 자동차는 이송수단으로서의 본질적 목적 이외에 국민 생활과 문화수준이 높아짐에 따라 더욱 쾌적한 승차감, 기동성, 편의성 등의 요구가 거세지고 있으며, 특히 자동차 산업 발전으로 법규의 중요성과 더불어 그 안전성에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 현재의 교통상황에서 발생될 수 있는 화물자동차의 후방에 승용자동차가 추돌시 발생되는 언더런(Under-run) 현상으로 인한 운전자등의 사망사고를 감소시킬 수 있도록 후부안전판 강도기준의 대안을 검토하여 현행 안전기준 제96조(후부안전판) 항목에 대한 국제기준조화를 이루기 위하여 검증하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라와 유럽 및 미국의 후부안전판 관련 기준 및 시험(컴퓨터 해석 포함)을 통해 비교 하고 국내 트레일러 업체의 후부안전판 강도 현황을 파악하며 후부안전판 강도기준(안)을 검증 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 향후 후부안전판 강도기준(안)으로 국제조화를 이루어 화물자동차와 승용자동차의 충돌사고로 발생되는 언더런 현상으로 인한 승용자동차 운전자의 사망사고를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
