dc.description.abstract이 논문은 컨텐츠의 설계방식을 조사하여 성공적인 컨텐츠의 설계방식이 학습에 미치는 영향과 기업 e-Learning의 성공사례를 조사하여 추후 e-Learning을 도입하려는 기업에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업 e-Learning의 사례를 통해 e-Learning의 성공적인 도입을 위한 중요점이 무엇인지 연구해보았다. e-Learning의 현재를 알아보기 위해 정부차원에서 진행되는 e-Learning 정책추진현황, 국내 대학과 국외 대학의 e-Learning 현황을 살펴보았다. 여러 조사와 관찰을 통한 e-Learning 관련 논문은 많았지만, 여러 관점에서 e-Learning을 살펴보기 위해서 e-Learning 관련 여러 주제의 논문을 모아보았다. 또한, 여러 기업의 사례를 통해 기업의 현황과 e-Learning의 사례를 살펴보았고, 기업 e-Learning의 위험요소와 문제점을 찾아보았다. 기업에서 e-Learning이 성공적으로 정착하기 위해 성공사례를 모아 중요한 요소들도 찾아보았다. 성공사례를 살펴본 결과 기업 e-Learning 이 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향을 인적 자원 요소와 과정개발 및 운영요소로 크게 나눠진다. e-Learning의 개발과 운영의 연계성에 대한 인식 제고가 필요하며 e-Learning의 질 관리 시스템의 구축이 꼭 필요하다는 조사결과가 나왔다. 기업 e-Learning의 성공적인 도입을 위해서는 업종별로 세분화하여 각자의 기업에 현재 모습에 더 적당한 e-Learning의 모습이 있을 것이라 예상이 된다. 향후 관련 논문에서 e-비즈니스 대세에 ??추기 위해 향후 논문들은 e-learning 의 세분화 와 전문화 에 초점을 맞출 것이다.-
