Abstract
본 연구는 대학생의 자기불일치와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 마음챙김의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 경기도 소재의 대학교에 재학중인 남,녀 대학생 650명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이중 589명의 결과를 분석하였다. 측정도구로는 자기불일치, 삶의 만족도, 마음챙김 척도를 사용하였고 결과는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기불일치와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 남,녀 차이가 모두 유의미하게 나타났다. 자기불일치는 여학생이 유의미하게 높게 나타났고, 마음챙김과 삶의 만족도는 모두 남학생이 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 자기불일치, 마음챙김, 삶의 만족도간의 상관관계분석에서는 자기불일치와 마음챙김간에는 부적상관을 보였고 자기불일치와 삶의 만족도간에도 역시 부적상관을 보였다. 마음챙김과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서는 정적상관을 보였다. 셋째, 대학생의 자기불일치가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 마음챙김의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과 자기불일치가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 마음챙김 수준이 높을 때 삶의 만족이 더 큰 것으로 나타나 유의미한 조절효과를 보였다
Alternative Abstract
This study was designed to investigate moderating effects of mindfulness in accordance with self-discrepancy and life satisfaction. The subjects of questionnaire were 650 students in the Universities located in Gyeonggi-do and the results of 589 students' questionnaires were analyzed. The measurement tools were three factors such as life satisfaction, self-discrepancy and mindfulness. The questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results were as follows: 1. The results of male and female students in the relationship between self-discrepancy and self-satisfaction were significant. The results of female students were significantly high in self discrepancy and male students were significantly high in mindfulness and life-satisfaction. 2. In the correlation analysis results among mindfulness, self-discrepancy and life- satisfaction, there was a negative correlation between self-discrepancy and mindfulness. Also there was a negative correlation between self-discrepancy and self-satisfaction. However, there was a positive correlation between mindfulness and self-satisfaction. 3. In the moderating effect of mindfulness that self-discrepancy of university students to survey had a impact on self-satisfaction, the self-discrepancy impact on self-satisfaction showed a significant moderating effect, as self-satisfaction was higher when mindfulness was high.
