부정 긴급성과 사회적 지지가 재발 위험성에 미치는 영향: 금주 자기효능감의 매개효과

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 부정 긴급성과 사회적 지지가 재발 위험성에 미치는 영향에서 금주 자기효능감이 매개하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 알코올 사용 장애를 가지고 있는 환자 154명에게 부정 긴급성, 사회적 지지, 금주 자기효능감, 재발 위험성, 알코올 의존을 평가하는 설문지를 실시하였다. 금주 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조 방정식을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 부정 긴급성 및 사회적 지지가 재발 위험성에 미치는 영향에서 금주 자기효능감이 부분매개 하였다. 이러한 결과는 알코올 사용 환자의 재발 위험성을 다룸에 있어서 금주 자기효능감의 중요성을 강조하며 이와 더불어 부정 긴급성과 사회적 지지를 고려하는 것의 필요성을 강조한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점 및 미래 연구에 대한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. | - |

| dc.description.alternativeAbstract | This study examined whether abstinence self-efficacy mediates the relationship between the effects of negative urgency and social support and the risk of relapse. A total of one hundred and fifty-four individuals with Alcohol Use Disorder completed a battery assessing negative urgency, social support, abstinence self-efficacy and risk of relapse. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the mediation effect of abstinence self-efficacy. The results showed that abstinence self-efficacy partially mediated the influence of negative urgency and social support on risk of relapse. In dealing with the risks of relapse in individuals with Alcohol Use Disorder, these results highlights the importance of abstinence self-efficacy in addition to considering negative urgency and social support. | - |
