dc.description.alternativeAbstractThis study is designed to examine the effects of Loving-Kindness Compassion Meditation on self esteem, impulsivity and aggression for at-risk youth. In this study, people were assigned to two different groups; Loving-Kindness Compassion Meditation group, Sociality improvement group. To reach the goal we evaluated effects of Loving-Kindness Compassion Meditation for self esteem, impulsivity and aggression of at-risk youth. Loving-Kindness Compassion Meditation group showed increase in level of self-esteem, and showed decrease in levels of impulsivity and aggression as compared to Sociality improvement group. The last, the directions for future research and the methods for maintenance of effect were suggested.-
