The perception of the environment and the command of the movement suppose communications within a network, and in this case a network of nerve cells called neurons. According to Wikipedia this unique cell which is the neuron maybe defined as a unity of the nervous system specialized in the communication and the processing of information. With this definition we can assert that this cell has a leading part to make circulate the information between the environment and the body and vice versa. Let us note that this communication is based on the travel of the electric signals, the characteristics of which are the following: amplitude situated between] 70 mv; 30 mv [with duration about 5 milliseconds. From this point of view we have just presented in a summary way the role played by that cell is in our body. Finding solutions for the disabled persons is a major challenge for our society. In the case of a disability due to a malfunction of the nervous system, the origin may be accidental, genetic, or induced by environmental factors. This type of anomaly can cause loss or movement disorders (paraplegia, hemiplegia, quadriplegia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.) or malfunction of certain sensory functions (blindness, deafness, chronic pain, etc...). Many alternatives, more technology, include creating interfaces between the human body and an artificial prosthesis to restore some functions of the human body have been proposed. A wireless system and no battery neurons probe was developed in this work for reading and stimulate the neural signals in the brain using a surface acoustic wave one ports (SAW) delay line reflection.-
