| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 대학생과 일반을 대상으로 정서 신념과 신체화 간의 관계를 정서 억제가 매개하는지 검증하였다. 총 337명을 대상으로 정서 신념, 정서 억제, 신체화를 평가하는 설문지를 작성하도록 하였다. 연구 결과, 정서 신념과 신체화 간의 관계를 정서 억제가 부분 매개하였다. 본 연구는 정서 신념이 정서 억제를 거쳐 신체화로 향한다는 경로를 검증함으로써 신체화에 영향을 미치는 인지적 정서 요인과 그 기제를 확인하였다. 또한, 신체화를 예방하고 치료하는 데 있어 정서 신념과 정서 억제에 초점을 둔 개입이 필요하다는 것을 제안하며, 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구를 위한 제안을 제시하였다. | - |

| dc.description.alternativeAbstract | This study investigated whether a relationship between beliefs about emotions and somatization in college students and general population, focusing on the mediating effect of emotion suppression. A total of three hundreds thirty seven people completed questionnaires to assess beliefs about emotions, emotion suppression, and somatization. Results indicated that emotion suppression partially mediated the relationship between beliefs about emotions and somatization. This study confirmed cognitive emotional factor of somatization and its mechanism. And these finding suggests that the intervention for somatization should focus on beliefs about emotions and emotion suppression. Limitations and future directions were discussed. | - |
