Abstract | This research explores and explains the relationship between the number of tourists from various countries visiting Nepal and the employment opportunities generated by tourism in accommodation as well as travel agency business. The rise in the establishment of accommodation and travel agency business and the growth in the number of tourists visiting Nepal each year looks out for articulation of effective management and also signifies that the employment of people in Nepal in the mentioned business sectors is related to the visitors visiting the nation. A similar research had been done earlier on this issue considering only the accommodation business in various cities of Nepal however this research has targeted accommodation along with travel agency business in only three main cities of Nepal which are Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Nagarkot since these cities are easily accessible by local public transportation, offers a wide range of things to see from ancient sculptures, tradition and culture that dates back to hundreds of years including all sorts of facilities required | - |
