dc.description.abstract | The coming of globalization has greatly contributed to the increase in world trade volumes. As Companies goes Multinational, the idea of which port to use in the area of target is always an important factor to be considered. Evaluating Ports shows wide variety of vital factors to be reckoned with. With increasing competition in the port industry, there is a need for ports to able to upgrade their services in order to remain competitive. In this study, I compare four ports, three from the African region and one from Asia, being; Douala Port, Lome Port, Durban port and Incheon Port respectively.
