| dc.description.abstract | 신규 도로시설의 경우 개통초기 교통수요가 등락을 반복하며 큰 폭으로 상승하다 점차 안정화되는 현상인 Ramp-up이 관찰된다 이 Ramp-up 현상은 민자도로의 적정수익율 산정과 건설비의 지원, 운영기간의 결정등 민간투자사업의 협상에서 주요한 변수가 된다 이에 본연구에서는 2000년대 이후 개통되어 운영중인 민자도로를 대상으로 개통초기 Ramp-up 기간과 교통량 정도를 산출하고 영향을 미치는 인자들과의 상관관계를 분석하였다 | - |
